Do not answer pricing first! You're putting yourself as an expense in their minds right away. sell the value first! If you're not listing your prices out on your website, you could answer a general question about price here. "packages Starting at $xyz" or something along those lines. You could also say something like, "All people have different needs and ideas for what their dream Xyz is, please email me through the form below so I can send you pricing for your specific event"
